Please carefully read my studio policies before booking Policies Deposit A $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments at checkout. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your appointment and can be paid using cash, debit/credit card, Apple Pay, or Cash App ($LadyTLloyd). Cancellation & No-Show Policy Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel before 12 hours, your deposit can transfer only once within 3 weeks of the cancellation date. Due to safety and space we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests unless they also have a scheduled appointment. Parent may accompany you if you’re a minor. Arrival Please send a text or call confirming your arrival. Remain in your vehicle as I will respond to give you access to the building. To ensure your nail session goes smoothly be sure to arrive with clean hands and feet. Your nails must be bare if you’ve scheduled an overlay or full set.
